SET UP COST £1199 + VAT
Setting up your property for success is crucial. We work with you to produce a list of furniture and amenities to get the property up to hotel standard, and we make sure someone's home for deliveries, staging and photgraphy.
FULL SERVICED ACCOMMODATION MANAGEMENT 15% + VAT
This is our premium, full management service for your serviced accommodation, from photography and marketing to booking management and everything in between. Fees are charged as a percentage of nightly rental income received.
